Alerts
Supervisor can manage the alert and destinations lists and generate reports.
Alerts can be triggered by calling a number + pressing DTMF, via a Web interface, by dry contact or by a secured API.
The recipient list can be A list of contacts, IP Phones, device pool, Location, Calling Search Space, IP address prefixes
Different distribution modes are available: Broadcast, Successive, Stop on first accepted alert, etc.
Option to display a Web Page to start, monitor and stop alerts.
Emergency Conference - A user can create an emergency conference call by calling a defined number (a CTI Port) and entering a DTMF code (if required).

Prayer Time(Adhan) - utilizes your Cisco-based enterprise communication network to assist Muslim communities around the world to follow Salah/Prayer times.
Allows to push a picture and audio stream to Cisco IP phones at the hours of Muslim prayers.
Detects the prayer time based on time zone and geographic coordinates.
Allows to configure messages for daily prayers (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) and delivered to Cisco IP phones.
Allows to disable / enable the call to prayer, through an XML interface associated with the IP Phone.
Optionally the users have options of which prayer i.e. long or short and also allow them to disable the service too.
Recording Notification
